Serving the Community with the Living Word

Sunday Worship Service

Sunday Worship for everyone is at 11:00am on Sunday mornings (10:00am from June to August). Usually a Service consists of musical worship (singing), Bible reading, Prayer and a Bible-focused message by one of the pastors or a visiting speaker. As part of the Worship Service there is an opportunity for people (if they choose), to give a money offering for the ministry of the church in the community and around the world. Children aged 2 – 6 are dismissed half way through the service for their own special time of Worship.

Church Transition

Innisfail Alliance Church began with a vision of a small group of people in 1994 to be a vibrant Bible-based, Gospel-centered church featuring the heritage of the Christian Missionary Alliance in the US and Canada. That heritage has been distinctively Christ-centered emphasizing what is called, The Four-fold Gospel – that the historical Jesus of the New Testament is Saviour, Sanctifier, Healer and coming King (as symbolized in our logo).

In its 25 year history, the Innisfail Alliance Church has been home to many people who have believed and carried this message to the community, to many parts of Canada, and to the world. Since its founding pastor moved in the summer of 2018, the church has been taking some time to evaluate and revision its ministry for the future before calling its next pastor. The church is currently seeking a pastoral leader who will continue to help the church fulfill its purpose in line with its Alliance heritage – including a strong commitment to genuinely communicate the gospel, make disciples and strengthen the church in this community and around the world.

Please see the pastoral profile for more information about how to apply for this position.
